Alterations Support via eApply
FirstService Residential continues to implement innovative solutions that improve our internal processes and increase the efficiency and productivity of our property management teams. Our goal is to reduce the numerous administrative tasks placed on our managers to allow them more time to focus on managing their properties – ultimately elevating the customer service experience.
We are pleased to introduce to you our online alteration process, which is supported by our proprietary software, eApply. This is exciting news for you as a shareholder/unit owner, as well as for the board, building’s architect/engineer, and management team, since all parties will now be able to view the progress of the alteration at any time. You also have the ability to add a proxy user for your own architect/engineer.
A designated coordinator from our Community Support Services team will serve as the liaison between you, the building architect/engineer, management team, and board throughout the alteration process.
Moving forward, to submit a major or minor alteration for review, please visit
We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and look forward to serving you with even greater efficiency.
Thank you.
